The company, created in 1996 by petrochemical consortium, has gained in a short time a dominant position on the Polish market of BOPP film. The film known under BIFOL trademark is used to manufacture a wide range of modern flexible packaging, which has almost totally replaced a traditional paper packaging.
Further capital links and cooperation with the greatest Polish printed food packaging producers were used by our company to work up a reliable technology and to achieve a high level of the corporate order. Satisfactory economic results, prestigious branch and business awards confirm the success we have achieved.
In July 2004, established and ready for further expansion, FLEXPOL has been bought by PPH gąsior sp. z o.o. and undertook the name FLEXPOL-GĄSIOR Sp. z o.o.
As a result of the legal form’s transformation of our owner company, PPH Gąsior, into stock corporation and creation of a new capital group of seven companies under a new name SUPRAVIS GROUP S.A. in November 2007, our company has reverted to a former name FLEXPOL Sp. z o.o.
The new created group consist of: SUPRAVIS S.A. from Bydgoszcz, FLEXPOL Sp. z o.o from Płock, GASIOR HUNGARY KFT from Hungary and since October 2007 two companies: DARMEX from Świecie, Poland, AP Case from Slovakia and SUPRAVIS GmbH.
SUPRAVIS S.A. with associative annual profit in the amount 60 million EUR is a leader on the Central and Eastern Europe market of packaging plastic materials.

Krakchemia S.A is a company with a half-century tradition of trading in chemicals. It belongs to ALMA MARKET S.A. Capital Group.As a separate economic entity active in wholesale, Krakchemia S.A has existed on the market since 2000. On the basis of a three-party agreement concerning the sale and distribution of polyolefin products of Basell Polyolefins Company N.V./SA, the major world producer of polyolefins, and of Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o., the leader on the Polish market of polyethylene and polypropylene production and sale, it became one of two authorized Polish distributors of those companies. It bridges those companies and the small and medium-size companies dealing in processing the polyolefins.
In the course of the recent years, KRAKCHEMIA has become one of the major distributors on the Polish territory in the segment of packaging film thanks to the dynamic development of distribution. The Company leads also the activity connected with cutting the packaging film, comprising the longitudinal cutting and packaging film winding. In 2010, the Company expanded its machinery by purchasing a new highly-efficient plant for longitudinal film cutting.
Krakchemia S.A is active on the whole territory of Poland. The domestic distribution market subdivided into three regions : Southern, Central and Norhtern. On the territory of Kraków, in the headquarters of the company, there is the central warehousing basis of 6 300 square meters` area. There is another 4 600 square meters of warehousing area outside Kraków. The logistics center is located in Płock. There are new consulting centres coming into being all over the country. Apart from this, we develop our patron distribution network. The Poland-wide warehousing network allows for the quick execution of orders as well as a rational logistics policy. Online access to the computer system database allows carrying out the sale and customers servicing from practically any place in the country.
