We are an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company and have specialized in manufacturing tungsten carbide mold components( punches, bushings, dies, pins), tungsten carbide mechanical parts, glue dispensing nozzles, needle pins, etc. We are very good at grinding milling polishing EDM machining of tungsten carbide, high precision and accurate. We have Micro EDM machine, Sodick EDM machine, CNC external cylindrical grinding machine, GF high speed milling machine and CNC lathe machine.

HARTMETALL ESTECH AG, seated in Hitzkirch in Swit- zerland, manufactures cemented carbide blanks and hard metal tools ground to tolerances for different markets such as automotive, aeronautics, mechanical engineering, packa- ging industry, plastic processing, communication, electro- nics, medical technology, food processing and chemical in- dustry. Our cemented carbide grades are used in punching, die-cutting, forming and pressing tools, as slide rings, nozz- les, bushings, guides, cutting and machining tools, for wear protection, and in special tools.

Established in 1969, Holzhauer-Pumpen has developed into an internationally recognized supplier of pump installations for various fields of application.
Our company headquarter is located in Karben, approx. 10 km north of Frankfurt/Main. We therefore have access to the excellent infrastructure of the Rhein-Main area and can be easily reached by car, train and plane.
