- покрытие режущей кромки: в качестве защиты от таких видов износа как абразия или износ, обусловленный воздействием химических веществ; дополнительно улучшаются трибологические характеристики;
- цельное покрытие изделия: защита от износа и уменьшение объема налипания разрезаемого материала.
Мы работаем предпочтительно со следующими способами нанесения покрытия:
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition - нанесение покрытия осаждением паров) - TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, DLC (алмазоподобное углеродное покрытие), Eternity:
специальное покрытие — ПТФE-тефлон.
Конкретный выбор оптимального для Вас покрытия зависит от точного определения области применения лезвия. При этом решающую роль играют усилия резания в рабочем процессе, химические условия и т. д. Мы охотно проконсультируем Вас о подходящей обработке поверхности лезвия. Оптимальное покрытие дает возможность существенно сократить затраты за счет продолжительного ресурса стойкости.
