The machine manufacturer H&B OMEGA Europa GmbH emerged 1991 out of the SKET-compound under participation of Huber & Bauer Nord GmbH.
With the involvement of the American company OMEGA Automation Inc. as shareholder in 1995 the company's name was set.
In 1996 the production plant in Sülzetal/OT Osterweddingen was built, which let the company move from its original place within the SKET site to its current location in the industrial park of Osterweddingen.
As a medium sized company H&B OMEGA is designing and manufacturing tooling and jig devices, special purpose machines, friction welding machines and conveyance products. Our engineering department, the extensive machine park, assembly and installation staff, as well as our experience in automationand PLC programming form our holistic competence in designing your made-to-measure product!

New member of the Würz-Group: Bühler Würz Kaltwalztechnik GmbH
Bühler Würz Kaltwalztechnik GmbH which has been founded in July 2009 combines decades of experience of the Würz Group with the technical know-how of the well-known cold rolling mill manufacturer Bühler & Co. In its over 125 years of history Bühler supplied plants for over 1.000 applications as such as the automotive industry, the medical technic, the electrical and mechanical engineering as well as for the renewable energy.
The Würz-Group, whose core competences are mechanical precision parts, components and tools for chipless forming, enlarges with the new group member its product range. Besides considerably technical manufacturing possibilities our customers profit by first class quality and numerous synergetic effects.The manufactoring portfolio comprises in addition to the state-of-the-art cold rolling mills, as for example reduction, flat, profile and strip rolling mills also complete production lines as well as FCW plants.
