Ruf GmbH & Co. KG in Zaisertshofen was established in 1969. Nowadays RUF employs about 100 people and develops and manufactures innovative modular briquette presses for metal, wood chips, and other waste material.
The smallest unit manufactured by Ruf is the RAP whose 4 kW motor caters for a throughput rate of 20 to 150 kg per hour (depending on material and chips size). The largest RUF press is the RUF 90. It comes with a 90 kW motor and allows for the processing of up to 4.800 kg of material per hour.
The first RUF briquette press was produced in 1985 and purchased by a timber mill and is still in operation. Since the first machine left the factory, RUF has been supplying hundreds of customers all over the world with briquette presses.

Striving for excellence for more than 20 years The roots of INTEC Automation equipment for Industrial Applications grow in the beautiful country of Bavaria in Germany. When a customer asked for a solution to a tricky and complex manufacturing situation the concept of our segment feeder was born. Up until the company exclusively worked in special machine construction. The newly developed product thus was only used for the company’s own manufacturing purposes.
Within the next few years INTEC gained valuable experience and skills in the area of sorting and feeding technology. A lot of time and effort went into refining and perfecting of the segment feeder. Soon the demand for our new product grew and we decided to make it available for other manufacturers so they could benefit from our valuable and uniquely designed product as well.

Of the more than 200 employees at our Olfen site in Westphalia, 35 engineers and technicians alone provide the development and construction of bespoke conveyor systems and special machinery with regard to design, manufacture and sales. On a production area exceeding 10,000 m² the plants are installed and tested, before they leave our premises to be installed and commissioned worldwide. A fast supply of replacement parts as well as competent and experienced service technicians secure the fastest competent support in case of an emergency.
