Chengdu Prospecting Machinery Factory is an old factory established in 1956, which is an institution subordinate to Sichuan Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau, and is now located in Jinniu Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Tianhui Town. In 1986, Chengdu Exploration Machinery Factory was named as a professional factory for exporting new carbide brazing bits by Sichuan Province, and in 1988, it was approved as an "Import and Export Enterprise of the People's Republic of China" by the Ministry of Foreign Economic and Trade of the State Council's Mechanical and Electrical Office.
