Im Bundesgebiet wird die Deutsche Vortex von der Werksvertretung Hermann Schmidt in Essen vertreten. Wir verstehen uns als Partner des Sanitär- und Heizungs-Fachgroßhandels und setzen auf den 3-stufigen Vertriebsweg. Das bedeutet, bei VORTEX wird nur produziert, und nur der Großhandel vertreibt unsere Produkte an das Fachhandwerk.
Die Auftragsabwicklung erfolgt über das Werk in Ludwigsburg. In Europa übernehmen lagerführende Handelsvertretungen den Verkauf.
Die Deutsche Vortex gehört seit dem 1.1.1999 zur GRUNDFOS-Unternehmensgruppe.
Seit 2014 ist die Deutsche Vortex IHK Ausbildungsbetrieb und wir unterstützen die nationalen und internationalen Berufswettbewerbe.

Production:
Duktil Guss Fürstenwalde the company's in-house foundry, is where high-quality unfinished castings are manufactured. The cast material is then processed in Freilassing using the latest CNC production systems. Following an aggressive bout of abrasive blasting, the EWS coating - an epoxy powder coating manufactured using a fluidised bed sintering process - is melted onto the heated casting surface. The use of industrial robots during this ensures an even layer thickness (at least 250 µm*). Hawle even produces its own elastomer/plastic components required for the final assembly process. Before shipping, all products are subjected to a rigorous final inspection procedure.
